I had shoulder pain from a climbing injury. Josh has been working with me to get me back to full fitness. He not only helped with the pain but gave me strengthening exercises and advice for how to keep my body at its optimum. Thoroughly recommend Josh as he is clearly passionate about sports and helped to fix and improve my abilities. It was important to me to become pain free without drugs and Josh made this happen!

Went in to see Josh with painful shoulder - which only surfaced when hitting high backhands with force in tennis and squash. Had the pain for maybe 3 months. After 3 or 4 treatments over 3 weeks it’s now as right as rain.

As a fitness professional it's difficult to find people you trust with your own health, understanding your body and how things should be done you often get left dissapointed by what is done to you. However Josh has transformed my spine, I didn't realise how much I needed my joints loosening, I assumed it was more of a muscular issue but Josh's hard work on my body has left me able to move better and also to free off my joints on my own between session!
